Phil: They are sloppy little mothers.Sound normal to me. Recommend using tooth paste or mayonnase to lap the needle. If the needle has numbers on it that were put on with an engraving tool, it's a good needle and will stand up to almost any-thing. If it has as stamped part number, it is after market crap. Say 100ll to it and it will probably swell up. Same thing for the seat. If it's aftermarket it will be quite rough where the needle makes contact. Your leakage could be from either one, but carefull lapping will eventually solve it. Remember to check the fuel level again because it will change slighty from the lapping process. Ron
