Phil: The a65 and a75 are the same carb. The optimun fuel to the top of the bowl is 13/32inch or .409 of an inch. From here you can be 3/64 in above and 1/64 below. works out to 1/16 of and inch. The bowl must be level when checking, or you might just as well eyeball the float level. Personally the 4lb pressure you mentioned is beyond the capability of the needle. In the real world application it will work out in average to around 1 1/2 lbs. in gravity feed. Note that this info is for the Stromberg carb, not a Marvel. You would have to be a lot out of this range to even see any difference in mixture. Ron
