Phil, what did you do, new piston or larger rings, also did you taper the cylinder?? Start-up run for 2- min shut down check for leaks start up again go fly min 1.0 hr at high cruise 2250 rpm. Land check it over for things coming loose and leaks, if ok go fly and try to make it 1 hr trips after 5 hrs you can change oil and fly fly fly. This is not a chrome cylinder which might take 10-20 hrs to seal up. honed cylinders are ready in 1-2 hrs. Mike Mike
